CCRA Travel Solutions has announced its acquisition of Outside Sales Support Network (OSSN) and Travel Retailer Universal Enumeration Systems, Inc. (TRUE Coding System). Both entities will be wholly owned subsidiaries of CCRA but each will continue to run as separate entities. In addition, OSSN and TRUE founders Gary and Melody Fee will retain their roles as president and vice president, respectively, and both will report to chief commercial officer of CCRA, Peter E. Pincus.

“We welcome with great anticipation the addition of OSSN and TRUE to the CCRA Travel Solutions family, as this continues to demonstrate our commitment to the growing independent agent and home-based agency segment of our industry,” said Dic Marxen, president and CEO of CCRA. “This acquisition is a critical element in our strategic efforts to expand our service offerings to a global network of agents and suppliers.”

As a result of the partnership, the TRUE Coding System will become available to agencies around the globe. This expansion is expected to help international travel agencies gain greater recognition from their industry suppliers. OSSN and TRUE join CCRA Global Business Development, CCRA Call Center Solutions, CCRA Air Partner Solutions and CCRA Hotel Partner Solutions as subsidiaries of CCRA.
