Each week, the atrium of Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort turns into a festive farmers’ market where guests encounter the likes of fresh fruit, baked goods, island peanut butter, organic cotton candy, Hawaii-inspired flavored popcorn, Kona coffee butter and sugar cane juice squeezed on the spot. Now market-goers can savor some suds while shopping, thanks to the addition of a beer garden. Hyatt is demonstrating its dedication to local products by pouring three tasty beverages from Hawaii Nui Brewing for $5 each: the Sunset Amber Ale with a touch of caramel, the hoppy Humpback Blue Beer and the full-bodied Hapa Brown Ale. Look for the farmers’ market and beer garden — both open to the public — on Thursdays from 4-8 p.m. www.waikiki.hyatt.com
