Following the announcement that Crystal will be expanding its fleet with a trio of newly built luxury cruise ships through 2032, Crystal Grace is first on the way for June 2028, and its inaugural itineraries are now on sale.

“The interior design will feature the most precious marbles, Italian fabrics and natural materials, offering a level of research and sophistication typically reserved for high-end private residential properties,” Crystal said of the ships in a statement.

Encircling each ship will be a guest-favorite: a full wraparound promenade deck, as seen on the existing Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity.

Elsewhere, clients can anticipate signature entertainment and a world-class casino, a spa and a fitness center, as well as a dedicated kids' facility for multigenerational travelers.

Editor's Note: This article will be updated as new details are revealed. It was last updated on June 1, 2026.

Accommodations

As for private amenities, the ship will offer all-suite accommodations with private verandas, including a single-occupancy category for solo travelers.

“From the very beginning of Crystal Grace’s design process, we prioritized listening to our guests,” said Cristina Levis, CEO of A&K Travel Group. "Their preferences, their habits and the way they live while at sea informed every decision we made. These suites reflect a thoughtful evolution of space, comfort and accessibility, delivering the elevated residential feeling our guests have asked for, while preserving the elegance and intimacy that define the Crystal experience.”

Common to all suites will be butler service, a curated pillow menu and bed linens by Jesurum 1870. Among specific options will be entry-level, 230-square-foot Guest Rooms with Veranda (itself 57 square feet in size), plus a living area with a sofa and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Higher categories will include 333-square-foot Aquamarine Veranda Suites and 341-square-foot ADA Aquamarine Veranda Suites. These will further boast a vanity area, as well as either a separate shower and bathtub or a spacious shower and walk-in closet configuration.

Sapphire Suites will increase in size to a range of 461 to 537 square feet, complete with a delineated living and dining space; a walk-in shower and separate bath; and wraparound verandas in select accommodations.

Junior Penthouse Suites will measure in at 740 to 845 square feet with up to 602-square-foot wraparound verandas, as well as separate living and dining areas, a bathroom with both a Jacuzzi bathtub and a shower and a bonus guest bathroom. Amenities will further extend to unlimited laundry service and access to specialty restaurants.

Meanwhile, full 1,220- to 1,232-square-foot Penthouse Suites will add residential style with expanded 659- to 982-square-foot verandas, two walk-in closets, an added study and a bespoke built-in bar.

The line’s first-ever Owner’s Suite is set to be even more palatial, covering 1,950 square feet and spilling over to a 1,965-square-foot private veranda with its own whirlpool and shower, an alfresco dining area and hi-fi music delivery.

“We’re introducing a suite that goes beyond expectations,” Levis said. "From its elegant interiors to its seamless technology and personalized services, this suite embodies what makes Crystal distinctive: attention to every detail and an elevated way of life at sea.”

Among those details will be turquoise quartzite accents representing the brand’s signature hue, in addition to distinct spaces throughout. A handsome, walnut-floored living room will comprise a library, a fireplace and a high-tech entertainment system with multi-zone music playback and a flat-panel television that descends from the ceiling. A delineated dining area will also feature a butler's pantry and bar service.

The master bedroom will come configured with a king-size bed or twin configuration as desired, in addition to a sofa bench that can convert to sleep a third guest. The master bath will be outfitted with Italian Lasa marble, a standalone Jacuzzi and a premium Dyson hairdryer. A guest bath will also be marble lined, while in-suite fitness equipment will extend to a Technogym Bike Personal programmed with Technogym Coach software and built-in entertainment.

Restaurants

Onboard fine dining will again include Umi Uma, the only Nobu restaurant at sea, in addition to the line’s newly announced partnership with Beefbar, as well as Osteria d’Ovidio.

Umi Uma will still showcase a menu of Japanese-Peruvian fusion (or Nikkei cuisine) from acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa, including his Nobu-style black cod, grilled Chilean sea bass and signature sushi.

Positioned on Deck 5, the venue will be comprised of 84 seats as planned with the chef to “[reflect] the understated elegance synonymous with his restaurants around the world.” While the main dining room will be available by reservation, the separate sushi bar will be on hand as an informal drop-in venue. Altogether, its aesthetic will be defined by expansive floor-to-ceiling sea vistas.

Deck 10 will feature Osteria d’Ovidio, an Italian restaurant from three-Michelin-star chef Massimiliano Alajmo and restaurateur Raffaele Alajmo. The venue will accommodate 68 patrons inside and another 20 at an outside terrace, highlighting the flavors of Italy on the plate. Courses will encompass the likes of vitello tonnato, maccheroni alla carbonara, saffron risotto with licorice powder, smoked tuna carpaccio and pistachio gelato.

Also on Deck 10 will be Beefbar (in partnership with global restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi), a modern steakhouse found across global cities including Monaco; Paris; and Mykonos, Greece. Giraudi himself oversaw the design to maintain consistency with the shoreside product known for its Beef Reef Leaf concept, "emphasizing high-quality cuts presented with innovative culinary techniques,” according to the line. It will offer seating for up to 56 indoors and 58 in a covered outdoor space.

“From the beginning, our vision for Crystal Grace was to build on the strength of our culinary partnerships while giving each venue a renewed sense of place and design,” said Gunter Lorenz, vice president of food and beverage operations for Crystal. "Working closely with our partners, chef Nobu Matsuhisa, chef Massimiliano Alajmo and Riccardo Giraudi, we’ve refreshed each restaurant with thoughtful design updates and the flexibility to introduce new menu elements over time. The result is a collection of dining experiences that feel both familiar and excitingly new for our guests. We’re especially excited about the beautiful outdoor dining spaces, which will allow guests to enjoy exceptional cuisine in the open air — something we know will become a favorite part of the experience at sea.”

Crew Recreation

Knowing that treating the crew well is crucial to everyone’s satisfaction, Crystal will also be carving out a special dedicated recreation area just for its loyal staff on Grace. The purpose-built wellness venue will foster both relaxation and socializing with a 24-hour Technogym-equipped fitness center, a sundries shop, a bar, a table seating area and a lounge with a 98-inch television. An outdoor space will offer sun loungers, a whirlpool and a shower area. Altogether, there will be 1,582 square feet to accommodate around 100 crew members across 74 interior seats and the 30-person gym. Besides the crew recreation center positioned on Deck 12, there will also be two crew dining areas on Deck 3.

“Our crew members are at the center of the Crystal experience,” said Othmar Hehli, director, fleet human resources. "Every day, they deliver the personalized service and genuine care that our guests have come to expect and appreciate. Because of this, it is important that we create an environment onboard where our crew feel comfortable, valued and supported. When designing this space, we took into consideration how our crew spend their time, what is important to them and what contributes to their overall well-being onboard. The goal was to create a space that is welcoming, practical and truly theirs, while also reflecting Crystal’s commitment to supporting the people who make our guest experience possible.”

Itineraries

Crystal Grace is scheduled to first arrive on June 11, 2028, departing from Civitavecchia (Rome). Its maiden voyage is set to visit Sorrento and Trieste, Italy; Igoumenitsa, Greece; Kotor, Montenegro; and Split and Zadar, Croatia, before concluding in Venice. Its first Mediterranean season will touch more destinations in Italy, Croatia, Greece, France and Spain ahead of its christening in Monte Carlo on its July 8 cruise.

In September, the ship will reposition from Lisbon to Halifax, Canada, and New York for New England and Eastern Canada routes. Grace will then sail down to Bermuda and the Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, come November, when it will call on Antigua, St. Lucia, Aruba and Barbados.
